Meal Plan Monday



Here is my Meal Plan for the week of March 5 - March 11 


Monday - Turkey w/Creamy Dill Sauce, Pasta, Carrots


Tuesday - White Chicken Enchiladas, Rice


Wednesday - Chicken Salad Croissants, Soup


Thursday - English Muffin Pizzas, Salad


Friday - Eat Out


Saturday - Lasagna, Breadsticks


Sunday - Sicilian Sausage & Peppers Rigatoni, Wheat Rolls




Sicilian Sausage & Peppers Rigatoni


1 lb. turkey italian sausage links, cut into 1/2-inch thick slices


2 green peppers, cut into strips


3 cups rigatoni, uncooked


1 jar (24 oz) chunky spaghetti sauce


1 cup shredded italian cheese blend


Heat oven to 375º. Place sausage and peppers in a 13 x 9 baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Bake 15-20 minutes or until sausage is done. Meanwhile, cook pasta as directed on package. Drain pasta and add to baking dish with spaghetti sauce; stir. Bake 15-20 minutes or until heated through. Top with cheese. Bake 2-3 minutes or until cheese is melted.

  1. Thanks for sharing. Dinnertime is always such a struggle in our house trying to figure out what's for dinner!! ugh! i need to start meal planning. that's been on my to do list forever!!
